Low turnaround??
This is the most common problem of any accountancy practice which effects cash flow extensively . Clients using outsourcing services are primarily dependent on service provider and the one who donot use this service are at the mercy of office staff. Problems related to turnaround are primarily due to insufficient information and specially for those clients who are growing fast , this is an never ending issue.
Issue is more or less related to front office , but require planning and implementation of some IT tools , which can resolve this situation for most of customers (Still there will be some which are pain).
