No Growth , No profitability ??
New client acquisition is costly and time taking issue. In current scenario small practitioners are facing this problem. New customers are negotiating fees charges, but require extensive support services thus highly demanding. Our small clients faced this problem, and being back office partners looked for solution from NDCL.
Being back office services provider we carefully mapped all activities of their customers as per fees earned . It was surprising that even client was earning reasonable fees , still profit margins were very low , with no surprise client was planning to diversify in other segments .
