Today when world is facing hard time of recession, practice management needs to be more organized to cut down their expenditure. Practice management solution can be used by the clients to address different issues regarding client management.
There are various solutions available in market but eventually lots of them are not as per expectation of accountancy practice. Other which are good or near to practice expectation, are not implemented to a level where it can be used with best of features available. The big question remain answered

After interviewing many clients who are in the list of satisfied customers for all major software providers , we feel 98% of customers does not know what their expectation are with the CRM and not aware of that whether they are moving in right direction as well.
The Practice management is important and probably some products have that sort of facility which can be fine tuned to cover all expectations of practice owner , but the need is to define the parameters and expectations ,which unfortunately nobody is doing resulting in larger number unsatisfied customers .
To implement CRM , you must know CRM as it will not warn you if you are doing something wrong (As you get in accounting and taxation software)but keep on developing a mess , which in end cannot be used for anything and result in regretting the decision for moving to practice management .
